Who can become a Joy Catalyst?
If you are a coach, facilitator, teacher and you like to expand your tools, or if you’re a caring human (aged 15 and up) and you’re keen to support others and yourself to have a more joy filled life, then this training is for you and we are your tribe!
We have been inspiring hundreds of volunteers and facilitators to be the kind and loving examples of humanKIND they wish to see in the world… Now you too can learn how to bring these JOY to many members of your communities!
We are The UPliftment Programme and as we are celebrating 16 years of sharing joy, we speak from experience… when you give – you receive and when you let go of fear – LOVE FLOWS!
You will learn how to support yourself and others to:
- transform old patterns that no longer serve,
- the basics of being solution oriented,
- how to convert fear into love,
- and how to practice being supportive and at ease with all we encounter…
Bonus tools in facilitation, removing limiting beliefs, practicing gratitude, self expression expansion and even meditation.

Our JOY Training is a power 10-15hour course!
The recommended donation for training is normally R1110 for adults and R888 – for scholars / students and pensioners – (Please talk to us about bursaries too)
